Buraschi RP5BR Industrial Netting Sewing Machine

The Buraschi RP5BR PNEUMATIC net sewing machine is designed to satisfy the increasing demand for machines that sew thicker nets.

This model is suitable for both medium and high seams of nets with or without knots or rope inserts up to 20mm in diameter. If you are needing a machine capable of working with rope with a larger diameter then the RP7BR will be more suited for your application.

The following are the main technical characteristic of the RP5BR PNEUMATIC model.

Sewing Capacity

Sewing thickness of 20mm is easily achieved, for example net with No5 knot can be joined with a 15/16mm rope. For the aquaculture field and large scale fishing industries, for example, a 20mm rope can be sewn to 210/60 net without knots.

Oversizing of Sewing Parts

The RP5BR PNEUMATIC model is suitable for thicker nets, therefore sewing parts and all mechanical components are appropriately sized to withstand the pressure. This model can almost be defined as an enlarged copy of the Buraschi RP3BR PNEUMATIC model.

Pneumatic Servo Assistance
It is very important to have pneumatic sewing servo assistance for actions such as foot pedal lifting, puller lifting, needle positioning etc. The addition of the servo creates a more efficient operation with reduced faults. 

Double Traction Puller
Buraschi are excited to have implemented the uniquely designed double action puller on this machine. One of the points of difference Buraschi delivers is the continued product development which leads to testing, building and patententing of bespoke accessories on thier machine. When you opt for a Buraschi machine, you are not opting for a 'standard' quality. The double action puller integrated on this machine has an upper and lower roller drive, with a very powerful traction that suits the thicker nets this machine has to sew. The puller is synchronised with the length of the stitch and presses materials to be sewn with an electromechanical cylinder 50mm in diameter. The main advantage is guaranteeing a constant pressure of the material to be sewn. This constant pressure is also guaranteed when different levels pass through the puller rollers very easily and without hesitation or blocking that would have a negative effect on machine operation.

The new RP5BR PNEUMATIC is equipped with a very strong and practical EFKA VD series electronic motor. This electronic motor, on the contrary to traditional motors, enables:

- Sewing speed to be adjusted with the pedal;

- The needle to be stopped in the pre-set position;

- The suitable speed for each operation to be chosen and programmed on the display;

- Better operation given the electronic motor has superior construction characteristics compared to traditional motors.
