Buraschi RP1BR Industrial Netting Sewing Machine
SMA supplies and installs the Buraschi RP1 machine for sewing knotted and knottless netting. This machine has been on the market for over ten years and is a fantastic choice for effortlessly attaching rope or a tape border to netting.
The RP1 model is used for all seams of medium thickness from 3 to 10/12 mm, for example the edge of both single and double, knotted and unknotted netting, and the edge of netting and rope (around max 8/10 mm)etc. This machine is very versatile and easily adaptable.
The RP1 is supplied in two versions: the RP1 “standard” with one-speed motor and mechanical puller; or the RP1 PNEUMATIC with electronic adjustable speed motor, needle positioner, pneumatic foot raiser and pneumatic puller that manages the different thickness better during sewing. This machines is capable of reacting well to knotted netting where the thickness of seams suddenly changes.
Electronic Motor
The new version is equipped with an extremely strong and efficient electronic motor. The electronic motor is different from the standard motor in that it makes it possible to:
- adjust sewing speed through the treadle;
- always stop the needle in the present position;
- select the most suitable speed for each work and program it on the display.
- besides the electronic motor surpasses the standard motor in terms of construction, which in turns substantially improves operation and sewing performance.
